Date: Saturday August 29, 2009
Time: 1-7 pm.
Place: Knights of Columbus- 1831 Main St., East Hartford
Please bring two 2 liter bottles of soda and a side dish (baked beans, tossed salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, melon, desserts). BYOB. We will provide burgers, hotdogs, chicken with all the fixings and chips. If you want any special meat please feel free to bring and we will cook it there!
There is a volleyball net, horseshoe pit and baseball diamond. Bring your own volleyball, horseshoes or bat, glove, and ball if you want to play.
There will also be music, card tables (bring cards), and a 50-50 raffle. There are picnic tables under a covered pavilion. Bring lawn chairs for additional comfort.
